TradingTop Signal Service Agreement

Welcome to the signalling service provided by TradingTop Limited (the ‘Service’). Please read the following User Fee Agreement (‘Agreement’) carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this Agreement, please do not use our Service.

1. Content of services

1.1 The services provided by TradingTop Limited include, but are not limited to, real-time trading signals, market analyses and trading recommendations in the foreign exchange market. These services are intended to provide users with trading references but do not constitute investment advice or guarantees.

1.2 TradingTop Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the services at any time without prior notice.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Before using our Services, you are required to register for an account and provide true and accurate personal information.

2.2 You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and are fully responsible for all activities that occur through your account.

3. Payment terms

3.1 The payment methods and prices of the Services are detailed on TradingTop Limited's official website or service platform. Prices may be adjusted from time to time, please refer to the actual published information.

3.2 Payment methods include, but are not limited to, credit cards, debit cards and e-wallets. Please refer to TradingTop Limited's payment page for the specific available payment methods.

3.3 Upon payment, you will be granted access to the Services for the appropriate period. The service period includes monthly, quarterly or yearly, etc., depending on the selection made at the time of purchase.

3.4 All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or agreed by both parties.

4. User Obligations

4.1 You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to use the Services for any illegal activity or in violation of this Agreement.

5. Risk statement

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 The Service and all of its contents, including but not limited to text, images, software, trademarks, logos, etc., are intellectual property rights owned by TradingTop Limited or related right holders, and may not be used, reproduced or transmitted without authorisation.

7. Modifications to the Agreement

7.1 TradingTop Limited reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any modifications will be effective by updating this Agreement by posting it on the Website. Your continued use of the Services shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of the modified Agreement.

8. Termination

8.1 TradingTop Limited may terminate your right to access the Services at any time without notice. We have the right to terminate the Services and cancel the account immediately if we find that you have breached any of the terms of this Agreement.

9. Application of Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved by amicable negotiation between the parties; in the event that such negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court of the place where TradingTop Limited is located.
